Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to members through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist members with inquiries regarding services, benefits, and claims.
- Resolve member issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and member experience.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
