Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and training for end-users on various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize application performance.
- Assist in the implementation and integration of new software solutions.
- Monitor application usage and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime.
- Document processes and create user manuals for application functionalities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback for improvements.
- Support data management and reporting initiatives to enhance decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in application support or IT consulting in healthcare.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in healthcare software applications and EHR systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant software applications are preferred.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
