Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and monitor delegated services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of delegated entities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate training and support for delegated providers on best practices.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between MedPOINT and external partners to foster strong relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and changes affecting delegation oversight.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures related to delegation oversight.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance or quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in managed care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC) is a plus.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
