Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain employee records and update payroll information as needed.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries promptly.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and finance teams.
- Assist in the implementation of payroll systems and software upgrades.
- Ensure timely filing of payroll taxes and compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with HR on employee benefits and deductions.
- Support audits and prepare documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Certification in payroll management is a plus.

Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
